If we choose each other, you enter a structured process of regular sessions, integration time and practices tailored to your system and life. You are not a number – you are a human I walk with.
Step 3 - Embodiment & integration
Over time, the work becomes less about “doing exercises” and more about how you relate to yourself every day: in conflict, in joy, in work, in love. The goal is inner leadership you can rely on, long after our work ends.
